Passengers above 75 years must be accompanied by a younger escort/family member. Mandatory to carry age proof for children (2-11 yrs) and infants (below 2 yrs). Children above 11 yrs are charged adult rates.
Report at the airport at least 2 hours prior to flight departure. Web check-in is not possible for group tours. On Low Cost Carriers, in-flight food and beverages are chargeable.
100% payment is required at the time of booking. PAN Card copy is mandatory for cash payments of ₹25,000/- or above. Confirmed bookings are non-transferable; name changes are treated as fresh bookings.
Transfers and sightseeing are on SIC (Seat-in-Coach / shared basis). Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival. Buffet meals are served at fixed venues and timings decided by the hotel.
